Here's our plan for this week:
Monday: Chamber golf supper
Tuesday: Black Bean Tortilla Casserole -using up leftovers from our tacos last week (Similar to this recipe, but I don't remember where I found mine)
Wednesday: Mile High Shredded Beef, Coleslaw, and Chips
Thursday: Club Wraps and Carrots
Friday: To my parents'
Saturday: Italian Honey Chicken, Roasted Potatoes, and Corn
Sunday: Breakfast: Cinnamon Bread
Dinner: Easy Cheese Enchiladas
And blueberries are on sale, so I'll probably be making Lemon Blueberry Muffins today or tomorrow for some quick breakfasts for me. Or dessert that I call breakfast. That's my plan for this week, hopefully I follow it as good as I did last week!
