Last week was busy. Between the holiday, family get-togethers, our city's summer celebration, and a birthday party, we ate one cooked meal at home. (Another night the "boys" had hot dogs and macaroni, and another we had quick sandwiches before heading out.)
This week looks slow - thankfully. I could use a little time at home and Henry could use a little down time!
Monday: Zesty Grilled Ham, Syracuse Salt Potatoes, and Green Beans
Tuesday: BLTs and Vinegar Cucumbers
Thursday: Egg Salad Sandwiches and Carrot Sticks
Friday: Lemon-Herb Grilled Chicken, Salad, and Rolls
Saturday: Pizza Bites
Sunday: Breakfast - Muffins (kind depends on what fruit goes on sale tomorrow)
Lunch - Doug's Parents'
